I stopped by the open house KB has listed in my neighborhood in Mt. Lebanon last Sunday - at 425 Carnegie Drive, Pittsburgh, PA, 15243.
This 3 level all brick home was beautifully staged with the bold colors of the owner’s furniture (in blues and deep lime green) accented by Kay’s private art collection. The result was stunning. I wanted to move in myself!
The house next door was also for sale and had no staging done. It looked tired and frumpy compared to Kay’s staged home. What a difference this made.
